Dzieci leżą na poduszkach i śpią. (chłopcy mają czapki mikołaja ubrani na biało a dziewczynki ubrane na biało i opaski śnieżynki na włosach). W tle muzyka „silent night” . Nagle pojawiają się dwie Gwiazdki.
Dwie dziewczynki się budzą i mówią:
Dziewczynka 1: Look! can you see what I see?
Dziewczynka 2: Yes, it is a star.
Razem: Twinkle, Twinkle little star,
How I wonder what you are
Up above the world so high
Like a diamond in the sky!
Dziewczynki do pozostałych dzieci: Wake up everybody!! Wake up !!

Gwiazdka 1: We are Christmas Stars. I fell out of the sky to tell you all about Christmas.
Christmas is a magical time
For young and also old
The season brings so much to see
And so many stories are told
Gwiazdka 2: Christmas is about one thing
Not presents or of toys
Christmas is of joy and peace
And happy family noise

Dziecko 1: It’s frosty, it’s icy, it’s cold as can be ..
But it’s a Christmas time and it’s presious to me..
Dziecko 2: Christmas Eve is coming. The frosty air is cold. A sprinkling of snow lay on the ground and Earth is frozen very hard!
Dziecko 3: Christmas star, tell me where is Father Christmas? WE are all waiting for him. Maybe he forgot about us?
Gwiazdka 2: He is right! Where is Santa?

- Dziecko 4: Look! Look it’s Santa!! Hello Santa!!!
- Here you are children. Are you sleeping?! Christmas is coming! Aren’t you happy?
- Dziecko 5: We are happy Santa. But we are very tired. We decorated the Christmas tree and we out the present under the tree. We sang the Christmas Carols all night and helped parents preparing traditional dishes for Christmas dinner.
- I see. Are you ready to celebrate Christmas day? Do you know anything about Christmas?
- Dziecko 6: Yes, of course!
- So tell me. When do we celebrate Christmas ?
- Dziecko 7: Christmas is on the 25-th (twenty fifth) of December. It’s the greatest holiday of the year. Children have much fun. Everybody spends time with their family, find presents under Christmas tree and eat Christmas dinner.
- Well, but what are the symbols of this holiday?

- Dziecko 8: It’s Christmas tree. Many, many years ago people started to decorate the tree with beautiful, bright shining balls ( red, blue, yellow, green, silver ). They put a shining star at the top of the Christmas tree and candles with an angel. And they put big presents under the Christmas tree.

- Do you know what “mistletoe” is?
-Dziecko 9: In Polish it is “jemioła”. It’s an evergreen plant with small leaves and small white berries. On Christmas Eve there is a bunch of mistletoe in every house. Under mistletoe people kiss.

- What is “holly”?
Dziecko 10: Holly means ostrokrzew in Polish. It’s a evergreen plant with sharp-pointed leaves and red berries. People use holly to decorate their homes. It’s a very old tradition.
- Well, well. And what do you know about Christmas Eve?
-Dziecko 11: Christmas Eve means “Wigilia Bożego Narodzenia”. It is on the 24th of December. On this Day everybody is very busy and in a hurry. Children hang their Christmas stocking .
- Great! I see you know a lot about Christmas!
But where is the Christmas Tree?
Dziecko 12: Wskazuje na choinkę.
It’s over there. Isn’t it beautiful? We did our best to decorate it with the ornaments.
Dziecko 13: Look, this is a silver bauble. I will hang it on the tree.
Dziecko 14: And this is a Christmas chain. It’s very long. WE made it !!
Dziecko 15: Where is the star?
Dziecko 16: Don’t worry. Here it is. I’ll put it on the top of the tree.
Now it’s ready!!
