“Little Red Riding Hood”

Little Red Riding Hood lives with her mother in a little house near the woods. One day her mother says:
Mother: Little Red Riding Hood, your granny is ill.
LRRH: My granny is ill.
Mother: Go and take her a cake and some medicine.
LRRH: OK
Mother: But remember! Don’t stop on the way and don’t talk to strangers.
LRRH: OK mummy. Bye! Bye!
Mother: Bye! Bye!
The girl takes a basket and goes to see her granny who lives in the other side of the woods. It is a sunny day. Little Red Riding Hood walks along a path in the woods. (Song) She looks around. She can see a lot of beautiful flowers. Suddenly, a wolf comes from behind a tree.
Wolf: “Where are you going, little girl?”
LRRH: “To my granny’s house”.
The wolf has a clever idea.
Wolf: “Don’t hurry. Pick some flowers for your granny”.
He says and runs onto the woods. Little Red Riding Hood listens to the wolf’s advice and begins to pick the flowers.
LRRH: Hello! Who are you?
Flowers: We are flowers.
LRRH: You are beautiful
Flowers: We can dance.
LRRH: Please, show me.
Flowers: OK (Song)
LRRH: Thank you. Bye! Bye!
Flowers: Bye! Bye!”
Little Red Riding Hood meets birds.
LRRH: Hello! Who are you?
Birds: We are birds.
LRRH: You are beautiful. Can you sing?
Birds: Yes, we can.
LRRH: Please, show me.
Birds: Yes, OK.
In the meantime, the wolf runs fast to granny’s house, looks through the window and sees the old woman sitting in her chair.
Rabbit: Oh, no. The wolf.
– says the little rabbit that can see the wolf. Unfortunately, it is too late. The wolf opens the door without knocking and gets into the house. (wilk przebrany za babcię)
Wolf: Where is that sweet little girl?
In a few minutes, Little Red Riding Hood comes to granny’s house and knocks.
Wolf: Who is it?
LRRH: Hello, granny. I’m a Little Red Riding Hood.
Wolf: Come in.
LRRH: It’s strange. How are you?
Wolf: I am better.
LRRH: Granny, why are your ears so big?
Wolf: To hear you better.
LRRH: Granny, why are your eyes so big?
Wolf: To see you better.
LRRH: Granny, why are your teeth so big?
Wolf: To eat you little one.
Suddenly, the wolf jumps out of the bed and eats Little Red Riding Hood in one big gulp. A hunter goes past granny’s house and hears some loud snoring.
Hunter: What can it be?
He opens the door and sees the wolf asleep in bed. He cuts his fat belly open and out jump granny and her granddaughter.
Granny and LRRH: Thank you for saving us.
Now the bad wolf is gone. Granny, the hunter and Little Red Riding Hood are in the granny’s house sitting and having some cake and tea. They are all very happy.
Hunter: All is well that ends well.
