My father wanted me to be a model.

Kate Ashton is a pretty young woman of twenty. She has always liked cars. She is a car mechanic. When she was little she played with many different toys but preferred cars. As a seventeen-year-old she decided to turn this hobby into a job and has had no other plans for her future. ”My parents weren't very happy. My father wanted me to be a model” says Kate.
It wasn't very easy to find a place to work, but she managed through a job agency. Her boss praises her ”Few workers are as talented as her”. Kate is happy too: ”Clients are suprised to see a girl here, but the job is interesting and satisfying. And when I get a certificate, I can make quite good money, which is impotant, too”.
Kate's boyfriend, who is a plumber, once tried repairing his car. „He knows a little but I had to help him out and told him not to touch the engine again”. He had no option but to agree.
