Scenariusz konkursu bożonarodzeniowego z języka angielskiego - Christmas knowledge competition

Adresatem i uczestnikami konkursu mogą być wybrane drużyny z dowolnych klas licealnych (lub gimnazjalnych), dla których udział w konkursie będzie sprawdzianem stopnia znajomości wiedzy realioznawczej dotyczącej zwyczajów i tradycji bożonarodzeniowych w krajach anglojęzycznych. Aspekt realioznawczy rozumiany jako znajomość obyczajów i kultury krajów anglojęzycznych może być przedmiotem sprawdzianu wiedzy na maturze z języka angielskiego na poziomie rozszerzonym.

Celem konkursu jest również zapoznanie szerszej rzeszy uczniów z kulturą krajów anglojęzycznych, jak i sprawdzenie stopnia znajomości języka angielskiego i swobody porozumiewania się w nim.
Podczas konkursu przewidziane są następujące konkurencje:
1. Quiz wiedzy realioznawczej.
2. Konkurs na przygotowanie najoryginalniejszej skarpety bożonarodzeniowej.
3. Konkurs dziennikarski - wywiad ze Świętym Mikołajem.
4. Konkurs muzyczny - rozpoznawanie kolęd.
5. Konkurs literacki - konkurs na napisanie najoryginalniejszych życzeń lub wierszyka bożonarodzeniowego.
